| David Bovitez
David Bovitez was born in 1958 in Israel. He is a descendant of a family
whose roots go back to medieval Spain. True to his artistic family legacy
of musicians, poets, craftsmen and artists, he studied art at Tel Aviv
University combining his studies with film, philosophy and music. Bovitez
has always been attracted to the excitement of jazz and musical bars
suited to his sun sign, Scorpio. In his paintings, he endeavors to make
the viewer discover very slowly the figures of the musicians in his
semi-abstract compositions. His images are vibrant in color and create
an exotic musical atmosphere. |
